These are Jules and Damian (Vince's daughter and her partner) who have been staying with us for the last few days. We've been having a ball so its been all good. Vince and I have to go back to WORK tomorrow (UGH). After 3 weeks off I actually forgot about work and that I had to go back...it seems very far away and rather unreal...it will seem real tomorrow though I reckon!

I had my doctorate framed up properly, it is hanging on the wall next to my computer. It looks great...and it was a such a happy day graduating, so I thought I'd do it up right...

This is the lighthouse on Castlepoint, it was a very glary day so the picture is a bit light. It is one of the most beautiful spots I have seen in NZ thus far. Freezing cold to swim in the sea, but just an amazing place to look at and hey you go numb so the swimming is fine :)
