NEWS FLASH!!! WE BOUGHT A HOUSE TODAY!!! it is SOOOOO nice. I won't even try to do it justice except to say the following:

Its a completely professionally redone villa 1900's
3 HUGE bedrooms and a sleep out (or can be 2 bedroom flat) which comfortably sleeps 5
Conservatory with a spa (jacuzzi in Canadian)
brand new garage with workshop
1/4 acre section, low maintenance but beautiful grounds

Oh and RIGHT ACROSS the street from the train station, 2 minutes from the bakery and 5 minutes from the shop (that's walking not driving).

I got so excited I forgot my digital camera. The agent is going to send me pics and then I will post them...oh and 2 bathrooms :) Vince's oldest son looks less than impressed, their mum just dropped them off, its in Carterton (an hour by train to Wellington)...but he'll perk up when he sees the house.
