This is an outside shot of the sleepout. Its like a seperate area that can be used for guests etc. Its completely done except for the plastering the floor covering. We are debating whether to make it into a flat or a furnished sleepout. Its completely plumbed and needs only the toilet and shower installed, which Vince can do.
